Analysis of Survey on Data Needs Results of Maros Regency 2023

Monitoring and evaluation of services provided by Statistics Indonesia through PST needs to be carried out in order to improve the quality of data and statistical information as well as the quality of services provided. One of the efforts made by BPS is to conduct a Data Requirements Survey (SKD). This survey was carried out to identify consumer needs and satisfaction in order to improve data quality and public services. The general aim of implementing SKD 2023 is to obtain consumer perceptions about service quality and BPS data quality, as well as identifying consumer data needs. The 2023 SKD results are used as evaluation material to improve services and the quality of data and statistical information.
